How do I find my VIN?

The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a 17-character code found on the driver's side dashboard, inside the driver's door jamb, or on insurance/registration documents.

Can I get a refund if the report is empty?

If we cannot find any records for a valid VIN, we will issue a full refund. However, if the vehicle simply has no accidents or damage history, the report is considered valid.

How long is the report valid?

Reports reflect the data available at the time of generation. We recommend generating a new report if more than 30 days have passed, as new records may have been added.
